Sales Taxes
Scott Shots Photo shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders as according to the sales tax laws of the state of California at the tax rate in California, currently 7.875%.
Shipping
Processing time- Please allow 4- 6 weeks once payment is received.
Payment acceptance- Check or money order
Shipping method - UPS, price included in cost of print for orders within the USA
Shipping outside the USA- for orders outside the United States, it will be necessary to quote the shipping charges on an individual basis. For a specific quote, please e-mail us at info@scottshotsphoto.com noting the items and location that you wish shipped.
Damage Claims and Returns
In the event that your shipment should be damaged in shipping, please e-mail Scott Thompson at info@scottshotsphoto.com with a description of the problem and a phone number. Please do not return merchandise unless you have talked or corresponded with Scott Thompson. Refunds or remakes will be determined on a case by case basis.
