Walkthrough video clips are now available as part of the virtual tours. A LED light panel and camera stabelizer are used to achieve excellent quality video clips. Aerial Photo Shoot - pricing varies

About my Real Estate Photography Services:
I provide "Fine Art" Real Estate photography services. I give the same quality and artistic approach to your Real Estate photographs that I give to my fine art, limited edition photographs. My goal is to show your home in its best light and give it the on-line curb appeal it deserves.
I use high quality equipment including a Canon 1DS Mark III and a Canon 5D Mark II, two of Canon's 21.1 megapixel digital SLR cameras. I use Canon L series lenses, their top quality lenses. Including a 17mm - 40mm wide angle lens for extreme wide angle shots and a 24mm tilt shift lens, to help straighten walls when pointing the camera up at large homes or high ceilings.
Once the shoot is done, my work is not over. I spend a significant amount of time processing your images. This includes color balancing, increasing shadow detail, "warping" the image to straighten walls or to fix wide angle lens issues, dust removal, stitching photos together for the 360 degree shots, and more.
I also provide a high quality virtual tour of the property. View a slide show, map, local schools, print a flier, or e-mail the tour, all from the on-line virtual tour. I can customize the virtual tour to your needs, like adding your logo and picture, using your colors of choice and linking the tour to your website.
