I now provide Real Estate Photography services in the Tahoe and Reno areas. Please contact me at (530) 277-7890 or e-mail me with your request. -Insured by Zurich.

My rates and services are as follows:

Economy photo shoot - $125

This includes up to one hour of basic exterior and interior digital shots of one location. Up to two panoramic images. Minor Photoshop editing for best image quality. Two CD's or DVD's of your images.

Cover Shot Quality photo shoot - $300

This includes all the time it needs to take to get the best digital photographs possible at one location. (Waiting till dusk to get that glowing house look; Coming back to the location another day or time of day for better lighting; working with home owner or agent to make sure a favorite angle is shot...) Up to 5 panoramic images. Photoshop editing for best image quality (as long as it takes). Two CD's or DVD's of your images, a printed index sheet of all of the images, and one 8"x10" print of the "cover shot" image.

Billboard Quality photo shoot - $500

Need to go really big? I can shoot the images in 35mm or 120mm film, scan the images, optimize them in Photoshop, and provide you with extremely large image files for your large printing needs. Again, as much time that is needed to get the job done as best as possible will be provided. Let me know what you need. Also includes two CD's or DVD's of your images, a printed index sheet of all of the images, and one 11"x14" print of the "billboard shot" image. If you or your client would like a larger fine art quality print of the location, that can be provided as well for an additional charge, up to 30"x40".

I do "stitched" panoramas (many shots stitched together). They are not perfect but they are extremely wide angle.
