About my Real Estate Photography Services:

I provide Fine Art Real Estate photography services. I give the same quality and artistic approach to your Real Estate photographs that I give to my fine art, limited edition photographs. My goal is to show your home in its best light.

I use high quality equipment including a Canon 1DS Mark III and a Canon 5D Mark II, two of Canon's 21.1 megapixel digital SLR cameras. I use Canon L series lenses, their top quality lenses. Including a 17mm - 40mm wide angle lens for extreme wide angle shots and a 24mm tilt shift lens, to help straighten walls when pointing the camera up at large homes or high ceilings.

Once the shoot is done, my work is not over. I spend a significant amount of time procesing your images. This includes color balancing, increasing shadow detail, "warping" the image to straighten walls or to fix wide angle lens issues, dust removal, stitching photos together for the 360 degree shots, and more.

I also provide a high quality virtual tour of the property. View a slide show, map, local schools, print a flier, or e-mail the tour, all from the on-line virtual tour. I can customize the virtual tour to your needs, like adding your logo and picture, using your colors of choice and linking the tour to your website. CLICK HERE for a virtual tour I created.

My rates and services are as follows:

Basic Photo Shoot - $350

This includes aproximatley 2 hours of basic exterior and interior digital photographs at one location. This ends up being 9 - 12 photographs, depending on what is needed, and one 360 degree photo. Also includes Photoshop editing for best image quality.

Additional photography time or special photoshop requests will be billed at $125 per hour.

Cover Shot Quality photo shoot - $600

This includes all the time it needs to take to get the best digital photographs possible at one location. (Waiting till dusk to get that glowing house look; Coming back to the location another day or time of day for better lighting; working with home owner or agent to make sure a favorite angle is shot...). This ends up being 9-20 photographs depending on what is needed and two 360 degree photographs. This also includes Photoshop editing for best image quality.

Special photoshop requests will be billed at $125 per hour.

Virtual Tour (your photographs) - $100

I can create a virtual tour for you with photographs you shot. Contact me with your request and I will let you know what I need from you (image size, description, etc.).
